Overview
Travelmanager can display payment methods with alternative names in selected backend contexts. This is useful when internal accounting terminology should remain precise while users or sales staff see clearer wording.
Workflow
- Open the payment method settings in the backend.
- Add or adjust the alternative label for the relevant payment method.
- Save the setting and check the label in the affected booking or sales workflow.
Notes
- Keep the internal label stable when it is used for accounting exports or reporting.
- Use short, unambiguous labels so staff can still identify the payment method quickly.
