Managing Credit Cards

Credit cards provide a flexible payment method for customers. They can be issued as cardboard or plastic cards and contain a unique QR code. Each code consists of at least 6 characters using numbers and letters.

Customers can scan the QR code with a camera to check the current value of their credit card.

Setting Up Voucher Credit

To use credit cards:

1. Create cards with individual QR codes.
2. Store the code in the format https://YOURACCOUNT/checkvoucher?c=CODE.
3. In Travelmanager, open Administration > Retail sale items.
4. Define the item as voucher credit.
5. Under Display, select free price entry.

Topping Up Credit Online

In the online shop, customers can enter their existing code and top up the credit.

The typical process is:

1. Open the relevant item in the shop.
2. Enter the desired amount.
3. Scan or enter the QR code to confirm the transaction.

Topping Up Credit Through the TicketApp

The TicketApp can also top up credit on site.

1. Select the relevant item in the app.
2. Enter the amount to be added.
3. Scan the QR code to complete the transaction.
