Managing Credit Cards
Credit cards provide a flexible payment method for customers. They can be issued as cardboard or plastic cards and contain a unique QR code. Each code consists of at least 6 characters using numbers and letters.
Customers can scan the QR code with a camera to check the current value of their credit card.

Setting Up Voucher Credit
To use credit cards:
- Create cards with individual QR codes.
- Store the code in the format
https://YOURACCOUNT/checkvoucher?c=CODE. - In Travelmanager, open
Administration > Retail sale items. - Define the item as voucher credit.
- Under
Display, select free price entry.


Topping Up Credit Online
In the online shop, customers can enter their existing code and top up the credit.
The typical process is:
- Open the relevant item in the shop.
- Enter the desired amount.
- Scan or enter the QR code to confirm the transaction.
Topping Up Credit Through the TicketApp
The TicketApp can also top up credit on site.
- Select the relevant item in the app.
- Enter the amount to be added.
- Scan the QR code to complete the transaction.
