Activating the Shipping Cost Module
If you want to sell merchandise items or value vouchers in your online shop and calculate shipping costs automatically, activate the shipping cost module.
Open System > System parameters > Settings > Booking in the backend and activate the module. The item you want to sell must first be created as a retail sale item.
Defining Shipping Categories
To calculate shipping costs correctly, open System > System parameters > Items > Shipping category. Define the shipping categories for retail sale items there.
Defining Item Weight
Define the weight for each retail sale item. When a customer selects items with stored weight in the online shop, the weights are added together automatically and the corresponding shipping costs are applied.
