Connecting the Tickyt App with iPhone or iPad
Use the following steps to connect an iOS device securely with the TicketApp:
- Install Travelmanager Tickyt from the App Store or through the provided link.
- In Travelmanager, open Administration > Mobile devices.
- Click Connect new device at the top of the page to generate the QR installation code.
- Open the app and scan the QR installation code using Scan now.
- After the connection has been established, select the configured point of sale and the fixed user account.
- Enable Ticket sales and Retail sales to use the full feature set.
- Confirm the settings with Save to complete setup.
After these steps, the iOS device is ready for ticket sales.
