Automated Translation for Forms
The automated translation service for PDF and email templates helps you address customers in their preferred language. When a customer books a ticket in your shop, Travelmanager can detect the preferred language and use it for outgoing documents.
Translations are generated in real time through the DeepL API, so emails and PDFs can be sent directly in the relevant language. You can also change or select the language manually in the form preview.

In the system parameters under Multilingualism, you can exclude specific words from translation, such as your company name. You can also maintain your own glossary so that important terms are translated consistently, for example Rechnung as Invoice.

The translation feature provides several options for adapting translations to your requirements:
- Manual language selection: Change the language manually in the preview.
- Glossary function: Create a glossary for specific terms.
- Excluded words: Define words that should not be translated.
- Real-time translation: Use the DeepL API for immediate translation of template content.
