Overview
Agency access can be restricted so that partners only book the lines they are allowed to sell. This keeps the booking workflow simple for agencies and protects lines that should only be sold internally.
Workflow
- Open the agency or reseller configuration.
- Assign the lines that the agency may access.
- Log in with an agency account or use a test user to verify the visible booking options.
Notes
- Review restrictions whenever new lines are added.
- Use clear agency groups if several partners share the same access rules.
