Overview
Trip visibility determines which departures are available in backend views and workflows. This is helpful when trips are being prepared, temporarily hidden or limited to specific teams.
Workflow
- Open the affected trip or timetable configuration.
- Adjust the backend visibility setting.
- Check the occupancy plan and booking workflow with an appropriate user account.
Notes
- Backend visibility is not always identical to online sales visibility.
- Document why trips are hidden to avoid confusion during operations.
