Overview

Trip visibility determines which departures are available in backend views and workflows. This is helpful when trips are being prepared, temporarily hidden or limited to specific teams.

Workflow

  • Open the affected trip or timetable configuration.
  • Adjust the backend visibility setting.
  • Check the occupancy plan and booking workflow with an appropriate user account.

Notes

  • Backend visibility is not always identical to online sales visibility.
  • Document why trips are hidden to avoid confusion during operations.
