Overview
Connecting trips combine multiple route segments into one customer journey. In the backend, staff can select the suitable connection and create a booking that reflects the full itinerary.
Workflow
- Open the booking workflow and select the required route or connection.
- Choose the travel date, segments and passenger quantities.
- Check capacities for all segments before confirming the booking.
Notes
- Capacity must be available on every segment of the connection.
- If connections are not offered, check whether the route configuration allows transfers.
