Overview

The charter module supports individual offers, custom trips and operational handling of private or group charters. It combines customer data, planning details and documents in one workflow.

Workflow

  • Create or open the charter request.
  • Enter customer details, route, date, resources and pricing information.
  • Generate the offer or booking documents and update the status as the request progresses.

Notes

  • Keep internal notes separate from customer-facing text.
  • Use status values consistently so charter requests can be tracked reliably.
