Workflow
- Create or open the charter request.
- Enter customer details, route, date, resources and pricing information.
- Generate the offer or booking documents and update the status as the request progresses.
Notes
- Keep internal notes separate from customer-facing text.
- Use status values consistently so charter requests can be tracked reliably.
