Efficient Reservation Handling

With the TicketApp, reservations can be managed directly on site. On the day of travel, the customer provides the booking number or shows a QR code. Staff can search for the reservation in the list or scan the QR code and then open the booking.

The app can also sell reservations for future dates. The control tab provides an overview of all preliminary bookings and reservations.

Booking Screen for Reservations

The TicketApp opens a booking screen where staff can adjust the number of passengers and item quantities.

In the lower section of the booking screen, a voucher can be entered and the payment method can be selected. This supports a smooth sales process.

Capturing the Customer Signature

In the Signature tab of the TicketApp, the customer can sign directly on the device. This confirms that the passenger count and other details are correct.

The signature is stored in the backend and can be used in Travelmanager documents with the following placeholder:

Backend Overview with Signature

The backend shows all bookings, including customer signatures. This allows you to manage all information centrally and insert the signature into documents if required.

Using the signature in documents can support a more professional and traceable booking process.
